Our hacker team has recovered an exclusive still image from a deep-space observation station of an alien freighter convoy approaching human sectors. Their hulls look reinforced, sparking debate within the xenology community as to what, if any, ammo can penetrate them at all.
The Companies have not issued any statements regarding this alien convoy, probably because their PR departments have their hands full handling the growing number of protests and demonstrations reacting to the rising death toll from the "Andromeda Disaster". Everyone is denying any responsibility for the covert military raid in which an AndromedaCORP ore mining fleet was caught in rocket crossfire and destroyed.

We would like to inform you about some improvements we deployed to the game with today’s game update:
- Player ships will no longer get shield damage on pirate maps. This was implemented to avoid players from farming Palladium with their P.E.T. while being away from keyboard. Players will now be logged out according to our auto-logout mechanism if they idle on the maps.
- From now on, you will only be able to leave your clan if you are near your faction’s home base on x-1 or x-8 maps. This will prevent players from forcing friendly kills when they leave their clan during a clan war fight.
We hope you understand these actions are to improve fair gameplay to the advantage of all players.

Spielerschiffe erhalten keinen Schildschaden mehr auf den Piratenmaps. Dies wurde implementiert um das Farmen von Palladium mit dem PET zu unterbinden, während der User selbst nicht an seiner Tastatur ist. Ihr werdet jetzt auch dort normal ausgeloggt, wenn ihr einige Zeit nicht selbst aktiv seid.
Wenn ihr einen Clan verlassen wollt, müsst ihr euch ab sofort an der Heimatbase auf der x-1 bzw. x-8 befinden. Dies verhindert Firmenkills, wenn User einen Kriegsclan während des Kampfes verlassen.
Wir hoffen, dass ihr versteht, dass diese Maßnahmen notwendig waren, um einen fairen Spielverlauf zum Vorteil für alle Beteiligten zu gewährleisten.

Alle betroffenen Spieler erhalten ihre Galaxy Gates zurückgebucht, die sie zwischen Samstag 1.Februar und Sonntag 2.Februar 13Uhr MEZ verloren haben.
Alle betroffenen Spieler im selben Zeitraum erhalten ihre verlorenen Drohnen zurück (bis zum möglichen Maximum)
Das Kronosdoppler-Event wird am Samstag 8.Februar 2014 wiederholt.
Dienstag (morgen 4.Februar) gibt es einen 5% Ehreboost-Tag und am Donnerstag (6. Februar) gibt es einen 5% EP-Boost-Tag
Wir hoffen, dass dies eine zufriedenstellende Entschädigung für das zeitliche technische Problem ist. Das Problem selbst wurde gelöst und wir werden versuchen sicherzugehen, dass dies nicht mehr vorkommt.

Auch war es so, dass nicht alle Questen für die Rangberechnung gezählt haben. Dies ist nun anders. Es werden ab jetzt alle regulären Missionen für die Rangpunkte gezählt.
Darüber hinaus möchten wir euch darüber informieren, dass wir das Verhalten der Schiffe, die in der Strahlenzone zerstört wurden, geändert. Diese Schiffe hinterlassen nach der Zerstörung keine Cargo-Boxen mehr. So ist es nun nicht mehr möglich, dass andere User die Zerstörung ausnutzen können um Seprom aus den Cargo-Boxen dieser Schiffe zu erhalten.
Der Veranstaltungskalender auf der Homepage wird nun alle Events anzeigen, damit ihr nicht mehr extra ins Forum schauen müsst, um über bevorstehende Events informiert zu sein.
Auch haben wir einige visuelle Verbesserungen der Reparatur-Bots und der Grafiken für die einzelnen Firmen vorgenommen. Loggt euch ein und schaut es euch selbst an.

We are happy to announce that the new mission system was launched today. More than 200 new challenging missions are now available and will cover player levels up to level 20. Please be aware that we have reset the rank points for all old quests to ensure a fair mission system for all, including new players who are not able to do the old missions anymore and, thus, would have a regarding disadvantage. Even though, the old system was inconsistent, meaning, that some quests did count for the ranks while others did not. From now, all regular missions will count for the rank points. Of course, you will be able to do all quests up to your level.
In addition, we would like to let you know that we have changed the behavior of ships which are destroyed in the radiation zone. Those will not drop cargo boxes anymore. This was necessary to prevent players to be able to exploit Seprom out of such cargo boxes.
The event calendar on the internal homepage will now show all existing game events so that you do not have to visit the forum anymore to be aware of all upcoming events.
Furthermore, we did some visual improvements to the repair bots and the faction characters. Login to the game to see yourself.
