-Hack/Cheat/Bug Abuse : very strange hack you cant do anything / attacking you on demilitarized zone and you cant jump / he is have unlimited shield like 100 configs / speedhack (i have see this 1sec ago)

All of these (except autolock but i don't think many people have that for pservers ) should not be possible for a normal user. Either the server has tons of bugs or it's just bad written. But damage, health and shield is serverside and the client has nothing to do with it.
