Your PET's speed is 130% of your ship's. So yeah, it does matter.

I use Aegis and vengy for Palla.No difference in PET.Or it might be lag from my Mozilla update

You need many RADAR Protocols, PET level, and a ship with speed ( Veng/ Spearhead)
