Hey!

You have to connect with FTP(you have to make server first ) or use TeamViewer and just upload your server files

OK, here you have got link(step by step) how to do(exactly, if you have windows xp or better )
In short: you have to use your Remote Desktop Connection(RDC)
(Programs -> Accessories -> Remote Desktop Connection
or... I will give you link to Microsoft instructions to that program:
