When you get ban it will perma ban

Actually you are right, there are no banwaves anymore, if you get caught with botting, your account will be banned permanently

I don't think there's such a chance to get banned, but don't overuse it, in case you know

I dont have banned acc and it says that i have ban stage 3

Well, if you were banned before (when there were stages) you aren't able to play in the jackpot arena. So checking your accounts is good. :P
