Server is in testing mode because some bugs so it's not stable. So that's why offline/online/you can't shoot and other stuff.

He cannot add more features until thr connection bug is fixxed

In the next couple of days will/should Lost Galaxy perform like Shock Servers, a server move to a brand new server.
Therefor will there be if accepted by snowy, a server down time.
And we apologize for the inconvenience it may cause to you under the maintenance time.
