As you can see there isn't the server also so you can't run the game without an server.

I think these are knuck's files, do you have his permission? He told me to never share them...

Anyway, Azure emu or Elieaz or already released emu are compatible with this?

No they aren't.
Between this swf's are 2-3 years.
The packets aren't the same.
