Nope, just click several times "instant send" and then click on "send" .. And it will send you the seprom, but you will have the same amount at skylab.

After yesterday's game update broke skylab Bigpoint.
1 You sepromu 9000
2 Have less than 1200 uri
3 send 9000 sepromu (for me it was 500) for shipping instatn send
4 Will for 1 or 2 or 3 or 10 or more
As you have less than 1200 Uridium will shipping time, and after refreshing "skylab" sepromu you will have as much as you had in the beginning.

It also works when you just click on "send" a few times, not really "instant send" needed and it did just the same
