You probably have XAMPP running with PHP 5.5 or PHP 7.0 or higher. The newer versions of XAMPP have either 5.6 or +7.0 running which means you have to download an older version of it.

Hello what i should do with that cms ?
I dont know php (mybe a bit but i cant make systems like shop etc )and i cant create server, if anyone want help with that project pm me*.
if noone is intrested i just share this cms.
