As long my root server is offline, I can't put up the serverchecker.

Im Eduardo Leon, i create a server in my vps (Windows server 2008 - 64bits) but i got this error:

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to 111.67.13.14:1207 (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. ) in C:\xampp\htdocs\dorps\sockets\Class.Emulator.Updat er.php on line 20

You need to connect to 8080 and not 1207.
