Have you downloaded the 5.1.1 darkorbit remix with only the client?
Because if you downloaded the one with only the client know how to fix it

Seems like there's something wrong with the text object. Or it's just all related to the fact that you're using the lite version of game maker.

Try using the full version.

If you download the version with only the client, try to put it in the folder of 5.1. Many of my friends have had this problem and after putting the client in the folder of 5.1 were able to play safely!
