Cooldown Azure DO Server

Hi, 2 weeks ago i start to edit the sources of Azure Do server, i have some test with my brother.

i add this things:
1. EMP (work 99% player, Unselect only the player how send the EMP)
2. Smart Boom ( 90%, players obtein 50,000 of damage)
2. RocketLauncher ( 80%, attack the selected player. but you Can´t change the rocketLauncher or select another missil type.)
3. BRB (batle robot) (70% repair 10,000 of you HP, during 10 seg, if yo HP is the max. the robot Stop.)
4. missil (90%, Your can select any type off misil, its change damage)
and more thing.

how i create this, is because if anyone of yours can share the code in C#. or tell me a small TUT of how can i Do a CooldDown animation for the Tech or Misils, or RocketLauncher. Because i can´s find a for to do it.

if anyone can help m,plis.

HOla, gente hace 2 semanas empece a editar el emulador de Azure Do server.

le agregue muchas cosas si leen arriba xD

asi que si alguien sabe como hacer el efecto del CoolDown, porfa compartan
luego compartite el emulador que hago y los source files, pero si alguien me ayuda a hacer eso pora? xD

i have a bug with drones, doesn´t Spawn, in config "show Drones" is active;
this.Send("0|n|d|" + this.userId + "|3/3-25-25-25,3/4-25-25-25-25,3/3-25-25-25");
i put this and the drones Doesn´t spawn.

tengo un bug con lso rones, noo me aparecen, tengo la opcion de mostrarlos activado.

You do if you want to shorten it a little. :P I've set all my cooldowns to roughly 30% of their original values for testing purposes.

For us it didn't worked.
With own cooldown its working.

For drones, there is a little trick with files, and its a little weird that you have done everything but cooldown, thats what i have done first o.O
