I have two of my account on the website of bigpoint that were stolen ... there is a method to retrieve them?

Not that I know of, but you could always make a new one and avoid making the same stupid mistakes.

Have you payed with Credit Card, PayPal, PaySafe or something?

If you payed then you need to proove it to Bigpoint by sending your email that you payed with / CC datas / Pay Safe numbers.

If u have got proofs of payments, the account in the bp portal, and you go to the police you have got a chance for recover the accs....
