The server is currently down, for any questions about the server move shot me a pm.
Notice i do NOT answer any questions about when it will be online, because that is up to the developer.

When the new hardware is installed at our colocated datacenter, will we try to get the server up and run as fast. as possible.

We have now completed a full move of everything from the last Dedicated to the new Dedicated server.
Our new server is a bit smaller than the last, but it is A LOT cheaper to run.
AMD Opteron™ Octacore (8x 2.3 GHz)
24 GB DDR3 RAM
2x 120 GB SSD, 80K IOPS
OS: Windows
The server will get online when our DNS servers is refreshed and the developer(Cryz) is ready.

I can't tell you that, from my perspective is it the developers responsibility.
But i can ensure that it will not be the connection that is the problem if you are from Europe and have a xDSL connection at your home.
