I'd love to explain you. The "leechers" are people, which are selling/giving the bug to somebody, who isn't a part of the UG.

In the Underground you can find many bugs, which are working. (not like the public ones) To get in, you should fill the form from the Official Underground thread (you can easily find it, it's sticky) and send it to me.
