merkava problem!!!

sorry if this is a spam-thread...but i have a problem... when i start with merkava, it stucks by "establishing connection" (the green loading bar).
i tried all things that i read from other posts, desabling pepflashpalyer, running as admin., starting without merkava, then logout and relog with merkava, disabling firewall... i contact the MerkavaSupport but he told me just to disable the firewall and antivirus (i don't know how to disable Microsoft Security Essentials, but until yesterday it worked with antivirus and firewall enabled- i made an exception on firewall-) and disable the pepflashplayer. i think he doesn't know how to fix that, that's why i opened a new thread...maybe someone will help me. the problem is that i bought a licens and day passes without using that license...so please heelp.

Yesterday there was an update by BP so Merkava may be down! Wait for v 29.8
