Try deactivate antivirus or run as administrator. Maybe install Net. 4.5

I've done all three and it still doesn't open. well it does... but it either just goes away (not in the bottom right arrow thingy) or crashes.

I get this message when i try to install : "Setup was not completed succesfully" but when i go to details it doesnt show anything.
Can any1 put the needed files in a zip or something please?
