Need help. DO Private Server.

Hello
I want to ask for help.
I installed a private game server. I want to play with friends, but there are some errors:
1) Attack the ship is stopped after the first shot.
2) Do not operate rockets, mines, special skills and high-tech.
3) If you click on the mini-map, the mobs will start to fly at the speed of light
.. and others
I want to ask you for help. I want to play with friends, just like old times. I hope for you, thank you. Perhaps help will pay a small amount (about 10 euros).
