Looks like fake. Same as last one. It's not hard to hack ACP and give items to accounts. Hard part is make it safe, with no logs...

Sure he have but the "hacker" will need months to hack ALL ACPs which he said in his post. Also I don't trust him, and there are no prices, no skype email etc etc?!

Not all ACP's from Bigpoint has a powerful password, so I think it's possible.
Maybe he will test this ACP's on logs and sell it later.
