Can somebody teach me?

Hello.. first i need to tell you that i'm 14.... and i know a little bit of programming..
For 1,2 years i used to make programs in VB08 like RSB Changer and easy programs... But i want to go to ,,the next level" like.... Pixel Bot ...can somebody teach or give me a link or explain or give me a tutorial about pixel bots and in what program are they made??
