Account got hacked without email confirmation
Hi,
I bought an de1 account and changed all login and user datas. After one hour of playing i was kicked out of my account and i couldnt login again... i tryed to get my account back with email reset but the account wasnt longer on my email account...I wrote the support and they gave me my account back, but again after 1 hour the same person hacked it again ( i know its the same one because they changed it to the same username twice)...Now the support say that they let chek it by a GA....
So my question is how can sb hack my account without hacking my email/ without me confirming an email change? Sb. told me it could be because of my SID?! Sb. now how to change it?

Weird is that support helped you first time. Why? Couse they normally ban bought accounts. Selling accounts is against BP rules.
So what can you do now? The only way is go to the police...

All i can say is follow the tip Kami gave you, go to the police.
To tell maybe all, a new "hack" exploit has emerged under the last updates bp performed, is my sources telling me.
I'm not updated on this, but i'm going to test & use it later.

E-mail Buguser.. Your acc is hacked and the supports will don't believe you.. Your chance is very low.

Hm, man, after the first time hacked, did you put a different password? XD or at least a different nickname??

I changed my mail pw i put the acc on a new email account i changed user name and password....

***** go police to say what?Cuz you buy/sell accounts which is against ToS of bigpoint and you will receive the penalty and a big kick in the *** for not respecting the Rules.If you decide to not respect them,it ain't the police problem,it's yours.

The really annoying thing is i know the new account name because the hacker left my clan... and it seems to be the same person twice... i even know in which clan the acc is now...

The incredible thing here is that the support gave u the acc back,and i have on e account with bp acess (a guy scammed me here in epvp) and i talked with support like 3 times gave all proofs and they still sayin' go to the police blablabla

You wanna know how ? Easily.. 1. Before he changed email adress to yours he sent few links for change on his own emails. 2. He changed the adress to you.. 3. He clicked his link to change (It expires normally in about 4 hours, he can still double it to 8 hours.

I am wondering here are no people who knows this "bug".. Its few years old stuff lolz.

I am sorry for you, is a new bug that even when you accept confirmation to move email.. in fact he doesnt move..
Tell that to support... test on another account if you dont believe..
So no hacks, just a new bug from ~1 week.
Also now scammers say they sell accounts, and you almost believe when accept the confirmation.. so be carefully.

Darkorbit fixx bugs which we use for items uri creditd afger get pub here..
But if some confirm bugs like thid exist they ignore it

Hello :)My question is have way to change my email or name without confirmation.I NO stolen some account.Account is mine but my alternative email is blocked from hotmail.I can't give back my email i try many times i write to support of darkorbit to change my email but i wait from 15days and nothing they stop answer me..For this please if you know some way how can i change my email/name say me here or PM me PLEASE!

Moin ich hab 5 Accounts, die auf Hushmail gemeldet sind. Wenn man Hushmail 3 Wochen ncht benutzt, verfallen die email Adressen. Ich möchte die Accounts auf eine andere email ummelden, ohne Bestätigungsmail.
Der email changer funzt ja nicht mehr und der Tip aus dem Zhyk Forum (Opera ...) funzt bei mir auch nicht.
Gibts ne ander Möglichkeit, die emails umzumelden?
