Ok, when I add: userRow["clanId"]
Visual Studio gives me this error: Error1 'Do.game.usersClass.Ship' does not contain a constructor that takes arguments 6
I also tried this: userRow["clanId"].ToString()

clanId is a int.
So you must do this:
Convert.ToUInt32(userRow["clanId"])

Also you must edit the function to read the ship data.
It can't take 6 arguments on this way.

Declare your clanId variable. Like Requi said.

I want to ask for help.
I installed a private game server. I want to play with friends, but there are some errors:
1) Attack the ship is stopped after the first shot.
2) Do not operate rockets, mines, special skills and high-tech.
3) If you click on the mini-map, the mobs will start to fly at the speed of light
4) Don't work design skill, techs and CPUs.
Please help me. I very much want to play with friends. Thanks.

The files are not complete so don't expect to have all systems working.
