I need files of old gg spiner ?
Anybody have them ?

Nope, but I think it can be that hard to create... I guess it's for gamemaker?
Then just create a nice interface and a button and everytime they click there comes a random value... This should need to be the same for other coding languages also...

I guess you can make it yourself

You can create it on PHP. You don't need flash files. Just make with css a good design and post random values with mysql update on your database.(if is mysql)

I know but i need animations of those boxes (above spin button).
Maybe someone have them.

You can get the new one from the site... But I don't think anyone has the old one... Maybe ask some developer like jD or linkpad for it... If they don't have it, no one has it I think.
