HELP PLS

I just bought an account for a really expensive price, the account seemed pretty good and everything was nice, but when I tried to switch the e-mail, I get the message as shown below. I have done what it tells me to, but it still comes up with the same error, I messaged support, but now they want a bunch of information, <posted below>.

I was hoping someone could help me switch the e-mail with an e-mail bug, because mine only works BEFOREHAND of getting rid of the account. I really do not want my money to go to waste, I would really appreciate it if someone helped.

Omg, look log in agin in account and you can
If you change password, and you go on change section it will give that error message, just log in agin.

Did you use paypal?

The first one is a common error when you try to change login info twice just logout and login again and check if you used paypal use refund option if nothing works go to police dont worry everything'll be alright
