I readed that who's get caught on bot get permannently ban,no waves exists anymore?

As i know,the ban waves only exists for who is top 100,im not sure...

Bugpoint are very afraid for Darkorbit.
Darkorbit is their game with most success and when it dies out, they loose much money. They won't let it happen, thats why they don't ban as many as before. If you remember UDOBOT time.

And again, it's only a very bad pixelbades game, only fun to make videos and kill "Anti-botUsers"

it all depends really, you can get your account suspended if you have friends in support then get it unsuspended. But they do not do ban stages anymore. If you read the terms and conditions states that BP has the right to perma bann if you get cought botting or if you break their terms and conditions. So if you start yelling stupid things in chat you can get permanently banned. Thats breaking their terms and conditions.

BugPoints is still banning accounts but not only from top 100 i can be anyone who is caught or he have been reported by other user with a proof. BugPoints don't want to ban bots because when they spend uridium it's 100% PROFIT FOR BUGPOINT But they still working to get off bots - restarting server, etc.

currently, most of the people that get ban is not because of they are bot user, but its because of their attitude in chat.

Actually you are all wrong. Bigpoint can see if an account is using a script just by the user profile, However they don't just 'block' any account, Because they must have total proof with the logs off the account etc.. And 95% of times they don't be bothered to check the account logs, They just wait for there special script to detect it. To the 'Ban stage' There is no rules of this. They made no official announcements that the ban stages will not be taking part in the game anymore, So if they were to have done something like that without informing in official forum, they would be liable, It's true that they don't block in top 100 so easy like top 1000's but it's not what you think, They do not block so much players with 'Colonel' rank, Because this is the rank that participates in keeping the ranks in order.. Even though they are crazy this days because of many NPC botters, 2 Stars (Chief Colonels) Will be blocked like top 1000's players. Top 10 users Are checked oftenly.
