kbot western union

Hello everyone,
i want to buy a kbot license,but i'm not 18
and there is no psc in my country :/
So im gona buy it by using western union.



Is this the right way to pay it?
Can someone explain me how to do it because i dint understand this verry well
and i never payed something with wu so can someone tell me how to do that?

I think you can buy in that way and in that link are the steps you need to follow.
PS: People under 18 can use WU??
