I get to step 4 and it won't let me upload the darkorbit.sql file into darkorbit database it just says error

Zeta, the fixed darkorbit.sql works...
but now i get this error when i go to localhost:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in C:\xampp\KERNEL-DOCMS\Init.php on line 16

What i have to do?

And have i call my database darkorbit or Darkorbit?

You will need to have the newest version of xampp, that support php 5.4
