You are not official reseller!!!! When your name will be on merkava website you gonna be official reseller.
Talk with support and tell them to add you on that list. Until that please consider yourself just a reseller.

For now if you want just the bot use the merkava website to buy the program and what you see there will be the prices and the days that you gonna get.
IF you buy a Merkava licence you will get even the Merkava Bot for free for the same period. Using my email reseller or other official reseller's mail you gonna get +50% days if it's your first Merkava licence or +30% if you already have one before.

We know...it's because are server are at maximum stress point since this bot it's free...this problem will be for 1 or 2 days.

Does some one know how does it works with User ID change? How often you can change and how long take a change of a user ID? I don't think that it is so simple as Ibot.
Is there a discount if you buy two licences or more?

2) Is 5X maps actived on merkava bot ?

1) you get 50% if it's your first licence or 30% if you already buy merkava before on that id
2 and 3 are in developing and they gonna be added
