in italy the support ask a police complaint and your id card to take your account back ...exists in other countries a way to take the account back (via support) but only using the id card ?

I lost an Global 6 accont 2 years ago (Top 1 in User ranking) and support did nothing.
When you go to police you need to be sure you dont have broke their Use of Terms.
(no bots or giving password to third persons)

Nope. Police is the only way. That's what the law says.

i got my account back 2 years ago, when i used bot for already 3 years...
also giving password to Third persons, when you tell them you got hacked, and you tell them you gave away the password you are seriously stupid.


Anyways, dont be scared, even if you botted..
You get you"re account back.
or you can say i have botted but i quit botting, or you say i never bot again.

Yes indeed, But why you dont go to the police? I mean it take's one houre maybe, and then you got you're account back


if you didnt go to the police, many people could just get you're account by sending theyre id to them..
The point about this is, protection against hackers
Beceause you need all the right info they need, so if you gain an account by this they can track you down if you faked the hole thing.
and then you are facing more trouble then only faking for a account.
Then its lying to police, making false info etc etc..


Well , i gues if you are good enough with photoshop you can make allot of them documents you'reself and you dont have to go to the police..
But i would not recommend this.

look 2 months ago 1 guy hacked my account i go to the police , and they pass me the papers

for you see i already have the IP of the person who stolle me , and police never more say me nathing , they will not try find nobody just go on there and make the complain , get the papers and send to bigpoint

- that you own the account
- user id
- first name when registered ' and others can help to '
- first email when registered ' and others can help to '
- how much money you put in exactly+-
- payment ways, 'cellphone paypal ...'
- if cellphone payments, provide the numbers you bought with.
- Do the same for other payment options
- copy of you're id
- when this happened 'houre, day ' ...
- ....

try to get this all on paper
