[HELP] How to use chat having an IP permanent ban.

Hi i was hacked and someone take my ip and my account and insulted the a CM. Im banned IP permanent but i need to use chat. Ive tried changing IP but nothing.Please help me!

u could write to support. that was what i did when i insulted people :P
