If you aren't able just to open the user.cs in visual studio, forget it to make a server.
How you even can't know that this.Damage changes the damage?

Guys, don't hard code the damage, read and save it in the settings file, allocating it into a readonly field when the server loads.
(That's if you don't want to create it based on the ship the user has, then just doing
