WARNING THERES A PERSON STAELING ACCOUNTS!!!!

He changed my name and password acc from DARKORBIT and my EMAIL password Over night(While i was Boting) when i woke up i tryed to log on my acc and it said it has been changed also with my email i have no idea how got he on my computer ......

R.I.P My Level 20 acc with full havocs and all Lf-4s ...........

I guess you should change your signature then, to:

Boting Since 2007 - Stopped in 2013.

That's why you should not use bots (especially from untrusted sources)

contact support say ur acc name ur lvl exxp and everything and if u have bought anything from darkorbit say it to them with the transaction number ..confirm that it is ur acc maybe u'll get it backall the best

Sorry but you have lose your account, bugpoint wont do anything... they are only interested in the money, they dont take care about their players.
Try to contact support but i dont think they will help you.

they must help you if you have spend money or time into the account.
Doesnt matter if you bot or not.

Keep contact with support, ask them what to do
dont give up on that .. it might take some time..
After that give them all the info they need.

Example's :
- Copy of youre id card
- police letter with prove you realy lost youre acc.
- numbers cellphone where uridium got bought with.
- first nickname
- first email
- payment options
- USERID <- very important

... after all of this you get youre account back, but please think about it..
If the hacker did this trough you're comp, he wil do it again.

me too,
any people hacked my account at night , and changed the email!
and i lose 20 lf-4, 11 havoc, aegis, goli, kronos etc... and all drones level 16

First of all this entire thread is spam. He did not ask for help on how to get his account back so therefore there is nothing that is in subject to the thread.
So you can stay out of this topic.

They can not ask you for that information if in another country. It is illegal to even ask for that information. Resource sited Federal Trade Commission. They asked that of me and I asked them.

I got my ship back by contacting my ISP they helped me get my account back. Especially if they compromised and email account that your ISP owns. Just trying to help. Never send Photo ID or any personal information to Darkorbit/Bigpoint ever.

well i had to send it to get my account back
also they just need to know for sure if you are the person that has made the account

offcourse, all country are diffrent
but like i said, keep contact with support and dont give up, make sure you never get angry or they might not answer again..
