There is a question called something like ''A job you can't reject''
With it you will receive big amounts of honor, but you won't get any other reward.

boolshit my friend had 30 milions honor then he lost all and get big - honor so he wrote to Bp and they give him 330 milions honor because he had - 300 milions honour and he did quest for - honour and then Bp give him 330 milions honor
