allright i got it but
1. cant change map
2. cant fly arround
3. cant take anything like skylap , pp , GG
any knows?

It can't find the page.
I think your Xampp (or Wamp) doesn't works.

when i click on iniciar.bat it says that it can find the specific route

did you install everything and upload to phpadmin? did you runs as admin(that gives error)
