Delete all Accounts. Create new Account. Fixed.
If it will not work, look into the first post.
The other way like my personal favorite :
Learn C# / Java / C++ and write your own Emulator.
Everybody have now the Source from the Emulator look into it and fix everything on your own. If you guys only waiting for "Help" or something like "Give me everything, I'll hold my ******* there and put it in the stuff" then you'll never get runing a server.

Php my admin got to cuentas edit the user settings but in the left you can also see the ranks and ships tables with ID so you know which one to choose.
rank 21 and ship 10 is goli and admin and for example you put 64 or 67 in the other bar with the ship you get a diminsher or a venom.
and the other line is also normal it's because most things don't work ingame yet ^^
