As a bot it's undetectable. You can be banned using it ONLY when admin will see you botting. Pixelbots leave no sign of bot in account logs so all you have to do is use it in smart way

Actually, every movement can just be seen. I know this by reading some discussions on this forum (so maybe I'm wrong. ( I thought Requi said it)).

palavia even if is a pixel bot, has anti-ban measures which I cannot make them public (for your safety)

also use the Safety`s option from premium version
