Nope He uses http interceptor for run palavia without problem, because he hasn't got alpha ring. Http intercp uses a proxy and if palavia will need swf manager for him, it's a problem because he can use only 1 of those 2 things.

I can't download new premium version it write me Sorry but program is under construction. Try for a new version in next ~24 hours. ... on my second PC it download me but don't collect palladium .
