It's too bad if you buy "Unlimited Licence" and you have problem with you'r computer and they said "No you need to buy 6 months licence now for have it on you'r actual computer".

You can complain if you have real argument..
Licenses are bind to computers, you have license on that computer? you have.

If you have another problem with that computer, contact the person from who you bought the computer.

You can move licenses only on 6months type license.

- It opens the grup windows, sets it where is needed
- Bot doesn't move or doesn't open any other window.

6 euro is so much i'd definitely sue palavia. please, let's be serious. 6 euro is nothing compared to how much you've earned with this tool. i don't see why people always cry about it. it's nothing, you most likely waste more every day for fast food instead of eating home.

Had the same problem when I got my new computer, and it hasn't been working since (~9 months)...
Did you change the zoom/display settings lately? And did you update to windows 10 not a while ago?
