Ahah, The funny part begin soon

.. A new server will be create on the sources of this emulator ..

After 5 hours of work , I finish to find how to edit this Java bytecode without corrompt it ..

I'm happy, I have a lot of work to making to fix all things and also add equipment .

Just for you know, you should remove "created by : DrS" You're not the creator of that emulator, and you will never be. You will make update, so you can add yourself to credits, but don't change "created by" and the name of the emulator. Then the emulator is under license creative commons (CC BY-NC 3.0)

CC BY-NC means :

1) You are free :
to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work
to Remix — to adapt the work

2) You're not free :
Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

Well, just for you know the CC is for the emulator source code. The source code is legal, it's like every other source code. Is not because that source code can emulate a game, the source code is illegal. The illegal part is running a server with that emulator. So yes, the CC is not illegal, he is protecting his own work. The creator is not Bigpoint, is Eliaz. So maybe you have a smile in your face, but shame on you for using works of other and then say "created by: DrS"

You know Linkpad, the work of Eliaz was made with the work of Bigpoint.

And I can assure you that I got Server Side codes with sniffing .. So nothing is legal on it.

Please, between me and you, this own work was that stoling Server side code from Darkorbit, maybe you can think that it's illegal to run it .. But who will have problems, it's not me..

I think you don't understand what a license creative commons means.
So yes, he made the emulator with sniffing packets from the client of DarkOrbit.
But The whole emulator, the structure of the database is his own work. The code he made is legal.

He never said "use my code for run a illegal thing." So like I said, you're breaking the license creative commons.
