Look at : 3.19 , there you can see the Uridium was just a Visual and not real.
He try to scamm you,dont trust him !
He doesn´t have anything for ACP,

Fake, to "hack" ACP today you need contacts with Admin/Mods or very good SE Skills.

Never saw a lamer fake ... when he goes to the hangar the uri/credits change bk wich means that he only changed that info for the page.... (cheat engine/fiddler/etc can do this) but there was no effect on the server.. and the lf 4.. same ****

Its fake.You can change the visuals. But you can't change the variables ....
So everyone can do this i will show you how to do ;

Find the urdium and edit it.
