only bug without - uri or money is acp admin give it to you and then there is also 50 % chance they still will find out. its hard to explain in one sentence but it's got to do with there servers so for the uri a program or bug could never hack it because its reseted by the server or made to - uri and if they find abnormal amounts suddenly like 10 million they will know acp hacked it.
