Search Sentinel Bug

Hey Guys, its Givin a Sentinel Bug! ive seen 2 Users on DO have use this Bug -.- I dont know how it works, but i like 2 find out it

The Users dont loose HP and Shld! One of this is attack on x-6 while he was shooting an Cubikon, he have full hp and shield! Heart formation, so i attack him, and he shoot me down, in stand, my damage are ca 200k and the cubi 20k 2 ??!! IT ISNT MY INTERNET AND MY PC! And im full of Lf4 and the Users are noobs -.-
Perhaps me can say every one ?

P.S: I have an another Bug, for Galaxy gate site. you can make more Gates with lower EE / Uri I say it to them guy while he say me the sentinel bug

I dont know what have it with the speed / freeze HP ?

Hm, but i dont search the Speed Bug
Can i make the "art of experiment" for the freezed Shield from citadel to any designs ? Hm, with the fortify ??
