calmDown error is equivalent to 99 error which is permanent ban. However, if you didn't use a bot, write to support and try to negotiate with them to give you permanent ban on chat and not on the account. I can't see other solutions for that. I know only 1 guy who plays DO and got 3 times ban, though his account is still available. I don't know how he does it, he wouldn't say but who knows. Maybe he had the same experience, on chat. Best thing would be to be human, both in game and in chat.
