[Searching for] "old" DarkOrbit-client /-clone

Hello to this forum!

I used to play Dark Orbit with a lot of accounts since 2006 or 2007 (anytime I was bored) and I do not like the "new" one as much as I liked the "old" one:
The game looks way more ugly than it used to be and you are much to likely to be destroyed now (thanks to a lot of new elite-"things")

So I wondered if there is any chance to play the old Dark Orbit with old design, and old gameplay?

I will take a look at those links you posted though it's a bit sad nobody did a clone of the old Dark Orbit.

I have almost all files of old client, I sent it to for example Ice shock. He told me he will make a clone. One month ago. Nothing happenned since then.
