plz help!!

hey can any1 help me..?? i had diamond formation earlier and it used to regenerate 5k shields when i had something like 262k shields... and then my acc was hacked and everything sold... now again i bought diamond formation BUT the problem is that it regenerates 2-3k shields with my same shield strength... plz can any1 help me why is this happening??

This was bug ... Diamond regenerates only 1% from your shield =)
