Ibot license change

How often can I change the UID on my ibot license?
I bought a 30 day no GG ibot license, and my friend wants me to change it to his ship while im not botting for a couple days.
He tells me you can change the UID on the license every 24 hours, but in the past I havent been able to do this...
Is this true?

All licence can switch ID once each 24h

you can change the UID for no limit but you must wait 24hour to change from UID to another

you can even change the UID 30 in 30 day ^^(for free ^^)
