Havoc Bug

I was hunting in my TS and one guy comes up with this new link. He says he donwloaded it and it is legit. However, I cannot download it for some reason . Can anyone download reveal what the bug is ? ( No virus for sure, check the link and you will understand what I mean).

I know I am new and its gonna be hard to do it. Do it if you want and get the bug.

I used a VPN and then did, all my offers have run out.... couldnt find a decent undetectable one so got one ( ShadowVPN 8.9 ), unlocked and second video ? FFS im not that guy.
