I know this is an old topic. I noticed today this ship on 5-3. He behaved normally and collected the palladium. It's admin or maybe a bug or something else?

If it is an Admin ,then I woul say they check up the Palla field , because DarkOrbit MODs check Epvp and tell all what happen on Epvp to Bigpoint ,and the most bots on this forum based on collecting Palla so they try to check up Palla field to avoid Palla collecton in the future ...
