PBDO Bot Error

I keep on getting this once i try to log in:
4:57:11 PM: Login request on bot authentication server started..
4:57:12 PM: Authentication failed (no matching user data found).
4:57:12 PM: Received no usable answer. Going into sleep mode.

Please help D:

hi all
i have problem with PBDO
last night i first time register on oficial page and download PBDO.
whan i try connect is say:
22:23:57: Welcome,+++++
22:23:57: Login request on bot authentication server started..
22:27:18: Received negative pong ping answer (p88). Make sure you have only one pbdo process running with your forum user details.
that i got ewery time whan i try login,i go on oficial forum but is to hard find answer there or make a post
i try restart my comp,maby something work i back but no help
did anyone know whay i got that ?
i use trial,24h too see what is that bot, is it ok,but form me that not work

this message is sometimes instead of "no runtime for today, going to sleep mode" (you passed the trial time for today)

but i didnt ewen login in bot,how trial pass than ?? so than i think that bot is not for mee,i didnt ewen try tham and he cheat me

open task manager and kill processe pbdo-bot.exe
