Your banks number and its name,
Your account number, as well as IBAN and SWIFT numbers associated with it.
Please be aware that all information above is needed and must be correct in order for the refund to be processed successfully. Furthermore, please note that it will take at least 8 weeks for the money to get to your account.

12.1 Provided that Bigpoint offers its services free of charge, Bigpoint shall only be liable for intentionally caused damage or damaged caused by gross negligence. 12.3 The liability for damages caused by breaches to substantial contractual obligations is individually limited to the foreseeable damage or loss.
12.4 The foreseeable damage or loss is limited to €200.00 for each account.
12.5 The above exclusion and limitation of liability also applies to the liability of Bigpoint staff members, employees, deputies and vicarious agents, especially pertaining to personal liability of shareholders, staff members, deputies, company bodies and their members.
12.6 Bigpoint is liable for consultation, only as far as the questions concerned deal with the content of the offer.
12.7 Bigpoint expressly distances itself from the contents of any and all third party pages, to which direct or indirect reference (also known as links) is made from within Bigpoint's offer. Bigpoint is in no way whatsoever liable for such content or pages. The providers of the respective sites are responsible for their content.
